Welcome to Ribbelle. By placing an order with us you agree to the following:

Products
Lucky Scoops are mystery bundles. The number and type of items are described on each product page; the exact pieces are chosen by us and cannot be requested individually. Preferences selected at checkout (metal color, jewelry vs. hair pieces, color story) are honored as closely as our current stock allows.

Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars. Founding prices may change without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and PayPal — we never see or store your card details.

Shipping and delivery
See our Shipping policy. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees; customs delays are outside our control.

Damaged, wrong or missing items
See our Refund policy. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace or refund the item.

Packing videos
If you add a packing video, we film your order being packed and post it on our social feeds under the first name or nickname you give us. By ordering a video you agree to that name appearing in the video. We never show your address or any other personal details.
