Where we ship
We ship worldwide from our packing room. Every order leaves with a tracking number — you'll get it by email as soon as your scoop is on its way.

Processing time
Lucky Scoops are packed one by one, so please allow 2–3 business days for us to scoop, wrap, and film before shipping. Orders with a packing video may take one extra day.

Delivery time
Typically 8–15 business days to the US after dispatch. Occasionally customs adds a few days — your tracking will always show where your parcel is.

Shipping cost
Orders over $88 ship free, worldwide. Under $88, tracked shipping is a flat $9.90.
